We access information about your payments via a unique profile ID.
This information is essential to enable us to provide you with our services; and for this reason, there is no opt-out available for this information collection.

Clearwater Compliance uses your information to better understand your needs, provide you with the services you have purchased and to conduct market research. We may use your information to provide you with access to the services you have purchased, to communicate with you, to inform you of and update you on Services and benefits, and to personalize and evolve our services and
web sites for you.
Use of Your Email Address
When you register as a customer or make a purchase from us, we obtain your email and may send you email with recommendations or notices of new products, prices, and services.
Separately, our system may send automated notifications via email to keep you informed about the status of your product experience and to provide updates, upgrades, security alerts, security information and technical notices. These messages are essential to the functionality of our product, and therefore no opt-out is available for service notifications, and these messages cannot be blocked.
In addition, we provide an email newsletter service and if you opt-in without purchasing OR purchase products from us, we may contact you using this email newsletter. There is an unsubscribe link located in each email newsletter which allows you to opt out of these communications at any time.
